On 1 November four new PhD students started to work at Centre for Educational Measurement (CEMO). That increased the group by 100 %.
Together with measurement experts from Germany, Finland and Norway, most of the Centre for Educational Measurement "crew" recently went on a seminar far from shore. The seminar intended to facilitate collaboration efforts within each other's substantive areas.
CEMO plans a brand new master's program, under the condition that the centre gets it financed. The program shall educate experts for job markets that require knowledge and expertise in assessment and evaluation.
In a heavy competition with many other strong applicants, Johan Braeken from CEMO recently got a grant to complete a project on measuring and modeling different developmental patterns.
