Experiences with standards and criteria in Norway

Norway has  competence-based curricula without standard-based descriptions of expected learning outcomes. To support teachers' operationalization of the curricula and valid assessment, national authorities have however provided various material.

We present principals  for and examples of some of these resources: supportive material with criteria for goal-achievement, descriptions of master​y from national test and voluntary grading tests.
