Quality and change: Effects of external evaluation (with B Eika and B Roald) and External experts. How do they perceive their role in quality audits? (with G Aas et al. ) Høyere utdanning på høyt internasjonalt nivå. Dokumentanalyse og drøfting av et sentralt punkt i Lov om høyere utdanning.

Faculty and curriculum development: Mentoring early career academics and Post docs. Their learning environment and identity construction both in collaboration (with G. Handal).

Teaching

Main teaching functions are directed at planning, teaching and evaluationrelated to Courses for academic staff at the University of Oslo.

Numerous seminars and guest lectures directed at the enhancement of teaching, learning and research at universities in the Nordic countries and further abroad
