In my PhD project, I investigate how supervision of students, in relation to the master's thesis, is both organized and practiced. My particular focus regards exploring the learning potential implicit within the organization and practice of supervisory situations between the student and those who supervise them. The project has a qualitative approach and studies supervision at a Kurdish and a Norwegian university.
