Event Postponed

In view of traveling difficulties regarding Covid-19, we have made the decision to postpone the FREMO conference to September 2021

For all the participants whose abstracts were accepted this year, we will keep these acceptance decisions for the postponed conference planned for September 2021, should the speakers want to attend in 2021 and present their work then. It will also be possible to instead submit a new proposal to the conference, with submission deadline in early 2021.

We believe that this is the responsible decision, given the high probability that a large number of the prospective participants would be unable to travel to Norway during the fall semester. We hope that the situation in the next year has improved sufficiently such that larger events are possible to arrange in Norway.

Even though the in-person conference will not take place in September this year, we are still planning to host a smaller event around the conference dates Sep 9-10 with the possibility to participate remotely. The updated information for this activity will be announced later.
