About the group

We study how digital media, technologies and representations become resources for participation, collaboration and learning in different practices in today’s knowledge society.

Our research approaches are generally qualitative, but we also employ quantitative analysis.

LiDA researchers also have extensive experience with design-based research (DBR) and research-practice partnership (RPP) approaches that emphasize the societal relevance of research and the development of innovative practices in educational institutions.
