Here is an overview of possible solutions to login or access problems.

Brukerinfo

Brukerinfo (Userinfo) is a self-service user management service. In Brukerinfo you can other moderated groups (accesses) and view and change spam settings and absence messages on e-mail.

Guest user

Guests visiting UiO for a shorter period of time can access some of our IT services by obtaining a temporary user account, called a guest user. Contact local IT to get a guest user. If you simply need a network, connect to the network uioguest and get a password on SMS. See the guide for the guest network.

Registration as a guest in SAPUiO

In some cases, people who are not paid or a student at UiO need access to parts of UiO's infrastructure. Such people are given a guest role in SAP and then exported to the other systems. The office manager at the department can request such a role through a web form.

Note: These roles should not be used to provide access to people to be hired.
