As an employee at UiO, you have access to Panopto and can record and store your videos in a separate folder in the tool called "My Folder".
Panopto also has a built-in feature for automatic captioning with UiO Autotekst.
All videos shared with others in Canvas or Vortex must be captioned (Norwegian link). This ensures that information and the message in a video are also accessible to the deaf and hearing impaired.
IT has developed a number of guides that show the possibilities in Panopto.
You can use your own webcam to record video in Panopto.
Good audio is important for making a good video. If you are not using Studio U29 for recording, we recommend that you borrow a microphone from IDEA.
