In this NOMAD presentation, Associate professor Janne Fauskanger (University of Stavanger, Norway) and Professor Martin Carlsen (University of Agder, Norway) are going to do two things. Firstly we will announce the winner of NOMAD's Best paper award from the period 2017-2019.

Secondly, we will present the journal Nordic Studies in Mathematics Education, important and relevant information from the journal, the journal's current situation, article processing in NOMAD, and the history of the journal. We welcome all to this presentation, to celebrate the winner of the Best paper award and to inform previous, current and future authors about the journal.
