About the project
The main research question is: What is the relevance and responsibility of professional associations in competence building and knowledge work of the professesionsm and what role do they play in membership mangament? The aim is, as mentioned above, to achieve an insight into profession-specific institutional structures and logics of knowledge production in which the processes of learning are embedded.
