The first data collection in the project has started, and we are really excited about it!
Since the iSeeNumbers project started in the beginning of autumn, a lot has happened on the way to the first data collection to be held in spring 2019.
In the middle of November around 140 Norwegian professionals interested about mathematical learning difficulties gathered together in Gardermoen for a two-day seminar organized by Matematikksenteret.
iSeeNumbers project will be presented at "Nasjonal nettverkssamling: Sammen om oppdraget 2018" conference, arranged by Matematikksenteret in Gardermoen 12.-13.11.2018.
In the beginning of October the team members of iSeeNumbers met in Oslo for a kick-off meeting.
Applications are invited for a 3-year position in a Research Fellowship as PhD Candidate in mathematical learning difficulties to be based at the Department of Special Needs Education, University of Oslo. Application deadline is 27.9.2018.
