«Monika stands out as a lecturer from before the lecturers even begin. She will present you with a detailed schedule of the lessons, including main topics and relevant literature in a format that is both comfortable and thorough. During the course whe will refer to this planning, but will also leave room for adaptation and variation according to the students' needs. She effectively links her research and that of her colleagues to what we are learning, bringing in guest lecturers from PHD candiates and other researchers and helping us see how what we study is being worked on within the faculty. Her courses are clearly constructively aligned and the way in which groupwork is organised allows us to apply our knowledge hands on into relevant cases, and at the same time prepare for future evaluation. Her power point slides are a thing of beauty, with enough information to refer to, but not as much to be burdensome, and they are consistent to the file naming system. She is always willing answer questions and to look at examples that are interesting to the class, making lectures feel personal and engaging. I highly recommend that her work receives praise.»
«She makes students involvement a lot. She has best used the seminars compared to others and has relied on more student centered method.»
«Because she managed to teach us about teaching and learning as a primary process in universities in a short period of time and to a very diverse class.»
