Image may contain: Computer, Personal computer, Netbook, Table, Property.

The goal of this webinar is to provide QUINT researchers (and affiliates) with the opportunity to discuss recently published work on QUINT data and what we can say about teaching and learning across the Nordic countries, as well as to discuss how subject-specific and general teaching practices interact.

Discussion points

  • What can we say about the nature of teaching in Norway and Sweden and across LA and Math?
  • How well do measures of teaching quality connect to student learning?
  • How do the results of these papers compare to the results of the Global Teaching Insights and/or MET study?
  • How much impact does the subject being taught and/or subject-specificity of observation tools affect measures of teaching quality?
