Background
Ane is particularly focused on quality in teacher education, mentoring newly qualified teachers, and development within the professional learning community. She has many years of experience as a teacher, mentor, and leader in the Oslo school system and previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Persbråten Upper Secondary School. She has also worked with continuing and further education at the Norwegian Centre for Science Education.
Ane holds a master's degree in science education from the Teacher Education Program at the University of Oslo (UiO) and a master's in educational leadership from BI Norwegian Business School, in addition to a qualification in mentoring. She is dedicated to quality in teacher education and mentoring newly qualified teachers and has held several positions related to the development of teacher education.
