Academic interests

My current research project seeks to develop a theoretically oriented experiment to examine the causal mechanisms operating in an intervention designed to increase mathematics achievement. To test the effects of the intervention, I will conduct a randomised controlled trial. The project also involves the analysis of longitudinal data.

Previously, I was involved in projects that analysed data from large-scale assessments using cross-classified mixed effects logistic regression models / explanatory Item Response Theory, meta-analytical techniques, and structural equation modeling.
