The project will close with a seminar aimed for school personnel working with reading, including teachers, special education specialists, consultants, and others from psychoeducational services.

Topic: Reading fluency and effective reading intervention
This event will bring insights from national and international research on reading that can be applied in the Norwegian educational context.
In addition to results from the BetterReading project, you will hear about several international studies with diverse topics and approaches related to the identification and support of pupils who face difficulties learning to read.
The event is especially relevant for those working with pupils in Norwegian grades 1.–7.
The lectures will be held in English. All participating researchers are very experienced in working with schools and teachers and share a strong desire to share the lessons from research findings with practitioners in the field.
This will be day of enrichment, inspiration, and opportunity for interaction between researchers and practitioners. Attendance is free of charge, and includes lunch.
