About the project
My research explores what characterizes assessment and mentoring of pre-service teachers practice. Using an ethnographic approach, I investigate what mentors and pre-service teachers experience, think and do in their assessment work. The project further aims to gain insight into the institutional structures that shape and affect this work. The data will consist of interviews, observations, field notes and reflection notes from mentors and teacher students.
