  • Professional development in ECEC
  • Implementation

I am interested in quality development in the early childhood education and care sector. In my PhD project, I study the implementation of a research-based professional development model in practice. Acknowledging the challenges of bridging the gap between research and practice, I explore how core components are preserved and shaped within the everyday practices of ECEC.
