Student representatives are elected by their peers to sit in the Programme-board at the Department and also in the Department board. The Programme-board handles questions pertaining to curriculum and quality of the programmes. The Department board makes decisions on economic, strategic and employment policies of the Department. Elections are held each year by the students themselves in a meeting announced on the information boards in Helga Eng's House. If you would like to be a part of the democratic structure of the Department, you should contact the student societies for more information.
