Hybriflex – student-active learning in hybrid and flexible teaching formats

The education group HybriFlex will develop generic, cross-disciplinary hybrid learning resources and tools that promote learning, active engagement and a sense of belonging in continuing and further education (EVU), as well as in part-time and flexible study programmes at UiO and in other national and international educational contexts.

HybriFlex contributes to a collective competence boost through an interdisciplinary collaboration between teachers, technical-administrative support from TLVLab and active involvement of student partners.

The aim is to strengthen the quality of various forms of online studies, flexible education and hybrid teaching with optional physical attendance. Flexible solutions make it possible to study regardless of time and place, while hybrid learning arenas give students the opportunity to interact with fellow students in physical classrooms.

The group will also contribute to a collective competence boost through collaboration between different actors and active dissemination of experiences and results in relevant networks.
