Registration is complete when you have filled out the online registration form and paid the conference fee

Conference fee

  • 3200 NOK (all days)
    By paying this conference fee, registrants can attend all days, both PhD Summer Institute and the general part of the QUINT conference (including the first two days dedicated to the sessions with the PhD papers). This fee includes all meals at the conference (reception, informal dinner, conference dinner, lunch, coffee breaks, and conference material).
  • 2000 NOK (2 days: 1-2 June)
    By paying this conference fee, registrants can attend the general part of the QUINT Conference (1-2 June). This fee includes conference dinner (1 June), lunch and coffee breaks (1-2 June) and conference materials. 

Eligibility for waivers

All PhD Fellows with a travel stipend from QUINT, keynote speakers, invited guests, and the QUINT affiliated members are free from the conference fee payment.

Payment Method

Conference fee must be paid through the online payment solution via credit cards. The set amount includes all transaction fees.

Conference fee

Due to the Epay agreement with University of Oslo, the payment method supports only cards allowing settlement:

  • VISA 
  • MasterCard
  • EuroCard

American Express, Diners Card, some American corporate VISA Cards and American MasterCards cannot be used.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration is binding. Registration fees are refundable by 30 April. Registrations are transferable. To transfer a registration to a colleague, please contact the organisers.


Attendance Letter/Certificate of Attendance

Please contact the organisers before the Conference if you require certificate of attendance.
